Does it really work? My progress Day 1:

i got the job as a medical assistant , i got my mercedes benz , i got my first apartment , i am abundant and very happy and at peace . i am connected with the Universe, i am my highest self , i am lucky and i have great financial freedom and experienced growth in every aspect of my life and i am very blessed and grateful.

This is my favorite meditation for sleep, and when I wake up I feel so much better and the energy is up and pain is better!!

Whatever it is she is saying .. it gives me massive anxiety, that wakes me up from sleep

After doing to much yesterday, my body is hurting, 😖 my mind is exhausted 😮‍💨 and my energy-spirit drained. 😓 This meditation helped me let go of tension and sleep for a few hours. 🙏🏽 Thank you Helen for your help in healing and feeling better. 💝

I listen to this almost every night. Thank you for it. Love to all. 💕💕💕

I suffer with chronic insomnia, sleep apnea and crippling osteoarthritis in my lower back, hips, knees, a trigger and sometimes both my wrist and some finger joints. I listen to different meditation and progressive hypnosis but none of them as wonderful as this one. This lady voice is so much calmer and beautiful I was able to fall back to sleep very easily after waking up around 4:00 o’clock in the morning. I went in to the dreaming stage. I dreamt a man was chasing my son and myself. The man caught up with my 25 year old son and fought with him and injured one of his leg. We managed to get away from the man running up a hill to hide but the man got into his truck and started in pursuit after us. As we were trying to hide the man came out from his truck and began looking around for us. At this time I was on the hillside while my son was some bushes showing signs his injured leg was in a lot of pain. I can see the man walking behind the bushes. I signalled my son to run in the upper direction, the man noticing my son, rushed towards him at that instant I noticed the man was dragging up some sort of cover from the ground I could see some steps leading down after he took off the covering’s. This man continued to fight with my son throwing his big fat heavy Self on him. My son was crying mercilessly for his neck the man is breaking his neck also the man appears to be dragging off my son private part. I came up behind the man with a large ground fork I tried hitting the man in his head with the fork but the fork would not hit the man’s head, the fork keeps flipping back as it goes down. It then appears to me the fork was rubbery that’s the reason why it flipped backwards. I woke up from the dream and began praying for my son protection because he is a night worker. I continue listening to the lady and my other dreams were pleasant until I was awaken by my alarm at 8am. I was feeling refreshed when I got up. I will save this video and use it in the night to help me with my insomnia and chronic pain.

The music is fine, but if you keep talking for three hours I doubt I can relax...

I'm really looking forward to listening to this nightly. I'm really excited to see what happens in a month! (Today's date -June 23,2024...)

Today's the 23rd of june im 70.7kgs ill update week by week over the course of the next month with my progress

My anxiety and depression have been higher than usual for me and the daily struggle to function normal is starting to drain me. 😓 Your meditations are a safen haven to me 🙏🏽 and help me remember I'm not my worries. 😌 There is a solution for all. 🙂 Thank you for your dedication, care, hard work and tranqiility. 💕

I am I the only one who got scared? Scary Images appeared in my mind. they were so realistic. I couldn’t even control them. They just came. One image specifically scared the shit out of me. I jumped. Nothing to do with this RUclips channel. But maybe I wasn’t meant to listen?
